Questions
- Do I need an official WhatsApp Business API account?
- No. You can link the number you already use by scanning a QR code, the same way WhatsApp Web works. If you do have an official WhatsApp Business account, Converza uses that instead and you get approved templates and higher volumes.
- What happens to my existing contacts?
- They stay where they are. Converza saves new contacts from the moment you connect, and pushes them to Google Contacts if you turn that on, so your phone book and your CRM stop drifting apart.
- Can my whole team use one number?
- Yes, that is the assumption. A workspace has one WhatsApp channel and as many members as your plan allows, each with a role that decides what they can do.
- Is my data separated from other businesses?
- Every table is protected by row level security in the database itself, so one workspace cannot read another’s rows even if the application asked it to.
- How does billing work?
- A payment buys one month of a plan. Nothing is stored and nothing charges automatically, so you are never billed by surprise. Pay again when you want another month.
- Which payment methods do my customers have?
- Card and bank transfer through Monnify, in naira.
- Can I cancel?
- There is nothing to cancel. A month runs out and does not renew unless you pay again.
